Shaker Kitchen Renovation - Toowoomba

The transformation of this Toowoomba family’s kitchen is absolutely incredible. This beautiful character home was in need of a new kitchen and the owner’s selections have certainly done justice to this space. From drab and dated to elegant and stylish, this transformation is absolutely breathtaking. 

Keeping in with the rest of the house the owners decided to go with a 2PAC Shaker style for their new kitchen. Shaker pattern doors and pediment moulding painted in Resene Black White were the perfect selections alongside the black antique handles. The original kitchen had an old timber trolley bench being used as an island bench, it was decided to utilize this trolley, customizing it with additional matching joinery. This piece is such a wonderful addition and adds warmth and character to this space. The old canopy rangehood was replaced with an undermount rangehood to allow for extra overhead storage and also creates a cleaner, uniformed finish. Simple yet beautiful white subway tiles for the splashback complete this kitchen off beautifully.
